# **Appointment Setter (Independent Contractor)**

Crezivanta builds cinematic websites and custom browser extensions for businesses, creators, and agencies.

We’re onboarding independent appointment setters who can operate **fully on their own consistently** — finding their own leads, warming them up, and booking appointments into our system.

This is a 100% commission‑based contractor role. You manage your own leads, outreach, and workflow. No hourly pay, no quotas, and no required schedule.

## **What You’ll Do**

• Source your own leads from Discord, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, etc.

• Warm up prospects and start natural conversations

• Book appointments manually or send them to our booking page

• Create meeting links and update the Google Sheet

• Handle follow‑ups and reschedules

• Optional: receive lead batches to support your outreach, but **finding your own leads is the main expectation**

## **Compensation (Commission‑Based)**

• 10% commission per closed deal

• 10% recurring commission for returning clients

• Payments via Wise, direct bank transfer, or PayPal

• No salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed minimum

• Comfortable working commission‑only

• Able to operate independently without supervision

• Can follow simple SOPs

• Has or can create a Discord account for communication

• Consistent daily outreach habits (non‑negotiable)
