About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:
People Inc. is looking for an Ad Operations Associate to manage the setup, performance and delivery for its advertising campaigns, as well as support the renewal and upsell of existing business. This is an opportunity to utilize your skills to strategize and manage complex ad campaigns with the very best in the industry. You will work across multiple sales support departments and external clients and advertisers.
The ideal candidate has industry experience in media and digital advertising. You are familiar with trafficking in an ad server and you enjoy being in the details.
Further experience in the following areas is a plus: technical QA and troubleshooting, custom site-served trafficking, familiarity with verification vendors and partners, working in ticketing systems and being process oriented.
Schedule Requirements:
Hybrid 3x a week - (New York)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

About The Position’s Contributions:
Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
20%: Coordinate the set up and trafficking of digital advertising campaigns: display, video, newsletters in Google Ad Manager (GAM), Live Intent
20%: Trafficking and revisions of new and existing opportunities: execute push from the order management system to ad server: GAM (Google Ad Manager)
20%: Partner with other sales support departments including Account Strategy, Revenue Operations, Client Activation on campaigns and programs
15%: Process revisions and optimizations toward client goals, requests, performance and delivery
15%: Maintain pre and post-launch processes including debug and reporting of issues with delivery, performance, discrepancies
10%: Be or become a subject matter expert in areas of interest
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or experience
Experience:
1-2 years in ad operations/digital media, or related experience
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
Work under tight time restrictions with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office applications, ie. Excel
Technical mindset a plus
Positive, up-beat, can-do attitude

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
