- 2+ years of LPN LTC experience
- 1 nurse needed for 7:30a-3:30p days
- 3 nurses needed for 3:30p-11:30p eves
- 1 nurse needed for 11:30p-7:30a nights
- Required BLS
- LPN License required
- Covid Card required
