Bartender

This is a tip based job! $11.35 per hour + tips

Seventh Heaven Bar & Karaoke is an independently-owned and operated karaoke bar and event space in Bushwick that hosts a range of events, accommodating up to 120 guests in our indoor and outdoor spaces. We are looking for highly motivated, experienced bartenders who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented nightlife environment. In this role, you will be creating memorable experiences for guests through skillfully made drinks, adaptable service and attention to detail.

Duties
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision at a fast pace, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing adaptable customer service that contributes to guests leaving feeling better than when they entered.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior, working alongside security to promote a safe environment.
• Open to participating in themed events.
• Available to work late nights and weekends.

Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a cocktail-focused bartender.
• Strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service is required to ensure compliance with health regulations.
