• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and service design methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce friction, and improve both operational performance and employee experience.
• Partner closely with HR Technology, Workday, and service delivery teams to turn future-state designs into practical system and operating model solutions.
• Drive global process standardization while thoughtfully balancing local regulatory, compliance, and business needs.
• Use KPIs and process insights to shape recommendations, support transformation initiatives, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Build strong relationships across HR, operations, compliance, and technical teams to drive alignment, adoption, and sustainable change. All about you:
• Proven experience in HR process architecture, business process redesign, or service delivery transformation within a complex global organization.
• Strong proficiency with BPM and process modeling tools such as SAP Signavio, Celonis, ARIS, or similar.
• Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or systems thinking.
• Ability to translate process insights into clear requirements, practical roadmaps, and actionable change initiatives.
