Line Cook
We are looking for line cooks who are fast, consistent, clean, and coachable. If you take pride in holding your standard at speed, we want to talk.
What we are looking for
- 1+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to hold pace and quality during high-volume service
- Reliable, team-first attitude with strong communication on the line
- English speaking required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Execute grilling, assembly, frying, and expediting stations to recipe and speed standards
- Set up, stock, and break down your assigned station before and after every service
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation across all menu items
- Hold your station clean and organized throughout service, not just at setup
- Communicate with the team to keep tickets moving and service tight
- Follow all NYC Department of Health food safety and sanitation requirements
- Support prep, inventory organization, and kitchen cleanliness as needed
