JOB DESCRIPTION:

Immediate opening for a Research Support Staff is available at Neurochemistry, Nathan Kline Institute for Psychiatric Research in Orangeburg, New York. The successful candidate will participate in the acquisition and analysis of pharmacological and behavioral data related to alcohol drinking studies using a mouse model.

JOB DUTIES:

The candidate should be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Prior research experience in mouse husbandry, behavioral pharmacology, and biochemistry (e.g., ELISA, mouse perfusion and brain dissections, Western blotting, PCR, electrophoresis) is preferred.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biological and chemical Sciences or a related field is required, with some research experience preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Please submit a cover letter and resume .
