You will work directly under experienced Service Technicians, gaining essential hands-on knowledge in residential and commercial HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation. Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Work closely with and assist lead HVAC Service Technicians on job sites, helping with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various HVAC systems.

• Maintain organization of the company vehicle and ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are prepared and loaded for each job.

• Prepare job sites by setting up drop cloths and necessary safety equipment, and assist in cleanup after the work is complete.

• Perform basic tasks as directed by the lead technician, such as retrieving parts, holding materials, fetching tools, and preparing piping or wiring.

• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with customers, acting as a positive representation of the company.

• Actively observe and seek to learn technical skills, diagnostic processes, and best practices from experienced technicians.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an HVAC related field

• Must be physically able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in varying environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.

• Eagerness to learn the HVAC trade and follow detailed instructions.

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
