We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Coordinator to scale our TikTok Shop Affiliate program while building authentic, performance-driven relationships with creators. This role sits at the intersection of culture, commerce, and community , turning creator storytelling into measurable revenue and long-term brand advocacy.

This is not a content creation role - it’s a relationship-first, performance-focused role built around managing and scaling a strong network of creators and affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Affiliate Management

• Own the growth of our TikTok Affiliate program: recruit, activate, and nurture affiliates
• Build scalable systems for onboarding, communication, and reporting
• Collaborate with growth and paid teams to drive sales through the TikTok Shop
• Test affiliate incentive structures to maximize conversion and retention
• Own and engage the TikTok Affiliate discord channel creating weekly content plan including challenges, incentive programs, leaderboard competitions, host webinars and build community
• TikTok Shop Maintenance including setting up bundles, flash sales for creator lives and according requests.
• TikTok Shop Maintenance including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory, SEO and set-up with support of customer service and creative teams,
• Track and analyze affiliate and creator performance across key metrics (GMV, engagement, content output)
• Partner with the Performance Marketing team on creative testing, content seeding, and storytelling
• Use data and platform insights to continuously optimize creator strategy and affiliate campaigns
• Identify top-performing creators for GMV Max ads and scale winning partnerships and content formats

• Stay on top of TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices
• Review and guide TikTok Creator content with the Brand team
• Help foster a strong creator and affiliate community through ongoing engagement, incentives, and surprise-and-delight moments.
• Partner closely with Influencer team members on related projects to maximize overall brand + creator/influencer relationships
• Turn high-performing affiliates into long-term brand advocates and ambassadors
• Engage daily with creators to build brand love and loyalty

Who you are

• Must be New York City based and able to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, or affiliate marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the creator economy
• Proven ability to manage creator partnerships that drive measurable results
• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
• A natural relationship builder who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Preferred

• Experience working with beauty, skincare, or body care brands
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate tools, reporting, and creator outreach workflows
• Existing relationships with TikTok creators or agencies
• Passion for beauty, body care, social commerce, and creator-led storytelling

The salary range for the position is 60,000-65,000$ annually
