Implementation Manager – Accounting Solutions

Our client, a next-generation accounting solutions platform, is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee client onboarding and deployment. This position blends project management, client engagement, and technical configuration in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Location:
Hybrid role based in either San Francisco or New York City, with flexibility for 2–3 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client implementations, ensuring smooth and timely onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) and client stakeholders to define implementation plans and timelines
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows and configure solutions to meet their needs
• Guide clients through data migration, system integration, and user training
• Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks and issues
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience with ERP or accounting software implementation
• Background in accounting, finance, or experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail
