Receptionist General Requirements:

»Minimum of three years of proven practice as a Receptionist or similar function.

»Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

»Excellent verbal and written communication expertise.

»Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a friendly and approachable attitude.

»Detail-oriented with strong organizational expertise.

»Punctuality and relicapability are essential.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

»Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.

»Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.

»Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

»Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

»Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.

»Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

»Maintain a proficient and organized filing system.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
