Role Summary
The Ralliant Business System (RBS) Director is a senior leadership role within Qualitrol, responsible for defining, deploying and sustaining Ralliant Business System at the operating company level. This role partners closely with site and enterprise leadership to drive continuous improvement, operations excellence and long-term value creation. As a senior continuous improvement leader and RBS subject matter expert, this role plays a critical part in unlocking the once-in-a-generation growth opportunity at Qualitrol through the deployment and implementation of RBS tools.
In addition to leading the RBS activities of Qualitrol, this position will own the project management of building construction and production cell duplication. This expansion of capacity will be instrumental in shaping and building the future growth of Qualitrol.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and successful executive operations leader who has demonstrated ability in implementing Lean-based business systems and continuous improvement initiatives in complex growing organizations. This role is expected to establish high standards for both personal performance and the consistent application of RBS, driving disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the vision, roadmap and governance model for Qualitrol, aligned with enterprise RBS activities.

Serve as a strategic thought partner to site and senior leadership to drive strategy and results.

Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities using data, voice of customer and employee insights to target inefficiencies, waste and bottlenecks.

Develop and sustain an RBS culture that promotes problem solving, experimentation, accountability, and standardization at all levels.

Teach, promote and deploy core RBS tools including Kaizen, Daily Management, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping and a mindset of problem solving.

Establish and maintain KPIs, visual management, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to quantify improvements and ensure sustainment.

Ensure process governance through process documentation and continuous refinement of standard operating procedures.
Program & Project Leadership:

Own program and project management for major site initiatives, including but not limited to facility expansion, construction projects and production cell duplication.

Lead cross-functional project teams providing greater clarity to roles, responsibilities, milestones, success criteria and deliverables.

Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, resource plans, and communication strategies.

Monitor execution, remove roadblocks, and escalate risks to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

Provide regular, data-driven updates to executive stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and informed decision making
Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of progressive operations or continuous improvement leadership experience in manufacturing/ operations, prior experience within Ralliant, Fortive, Danaher, or similar operating company environment preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in deploying and scaling lean-based business systems within a complex organization

Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies including (Daily Management, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping and problem-solving disciplines

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or related field required; master's degree preferred
