RATE OF PAY/SALARY: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for assisting with Cornerstone's recruitment efforts and activities. Additionally, to provide overall administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Description of Duties:
- Actively assists in Cornerstone's recruitment process and strategies by:
- Screening resumes and sourcing candidates
- Updating applicant status via the ATS platform
- Coordinating and conducting interviews
- Maintaining an excellent candidate experience with responsiveness and follow-through for each candidate.
- Completing references
- Providing timely follow-up with hiring managers. And collaborating with hiring managers on their specific hiring needs.
- Making job offers
- Attending job fairs & recruitment events
- Maintaining interview guide records
- Completing new employee check-ins and reporting back to the Recruiting Manager
- Coordination of students and interns
- Providing Recruiting Manager with regular updates on recruitment progress of assigned positions.
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the HR team, including administrative support for employee onboarding procedures, terminations, employee changes, personnel file maintenance, HRIS platform maintenance, sorting and distributing HR mail, auditing personnel files upon request, etc.
- Attend and participate in monthly department, All Staff and other required meetings.
- Be familiar with Cornerstone policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook.
- Maintain confidentiality of all aspects of Cornerstone including, but not limited to, patient confidentiality, financials, and employee relations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate's Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent Field preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years administrative support experience (preferably in HR)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including experience and knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
