Summary Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Corporate Performance Management (CPM/EPM) implementations across mid-market and enterprise clients. This role owns project governance, timelines, scope, and client communication while partnering closely with solution architects and functional consultants.

You’ll be the connective tissue between client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and with the level of quality expected from a top-tier CPM consultancy.

Requirements Description:

• 4–7+ years of project management experience, ideally within professional services or SaaS.

• 2+ years delivering CPM/EPM, Finance Transformation, or ERP/Financial Systems projects.

• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, or FP&A processes.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and client stakeholders.

• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project).

• Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Tasks Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle for CPM/EPM implementations (Adaptive, Planful, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.)

• Set up and manage project plans, resource allocations, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting.

• Run client-facing meetings: standups, steering committees, design workshops, and retros.

• Drive scope management and change control; escalate risks and issues proactively.

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (functional consultants, technical consultants, QA).

• Ensure accurate documentation, requirements gathering, and design sign-off.

• Partner with PMO to ensure alignment with delivery methodology and best practices.

• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors.

• Ensure projects adhere to budget and support the financial health of engagements.

• Support pre-sales efforts with SOW creation, scoping, and timeline estimates.
