Marketing Specialist
- Provide general administrative support to the team related to business correspondence, and general office workflow.
- Responsible for Asana project data entry for attorney related workflow including new, departing, office transfers, name, title and practice group changes.
- Manage the files, deadline calendar, secure data, prepare responses for approval and submit Firm Surveys under the direction of department leadership.
- Assist in the editing and maintenance of department and firmwide marketing procedural documents and files.
- Maintain Asana workflow, attorney profiles, firm nominations and deadline tracking on professional legal recognition sites including Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Martindale Hubbell and Chambers; manage overall project deliverables, including attorney communication, announcements and inter-department coordination associated with these awards throughout the year.
- Maintain Asana workflow, data entry, calendaring, case file cataloguing and assembly, reference submissions, inter-department communications, final upload and related announcements for annual award submissions across practice groups in Sharepoint tracking system as necessary for award submissions.
- Serve as team lead for PowerPoint requests, ensure content in attorney presentations is on-brand and accurate. Maintain Asana PowerPoint production assignments and deadline log, coordinate editing, attorney approval and archive filing of all completed PowerPoint files in iManage.
- Serve as back up support for various light graphic design requests, document assembly and content proofing projects as needed.
- Serve as back up on the execution of certain broadcast email communications, and survey assembly using the firm’s email platform Concep.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business OR relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, including Word, Power Point, Excel , Teams, One Drive and Sharepoint.
- Ability to learn new systems and software
- A minimum of three years of experience in business, marketing or in an administrative support position
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with initiative to resolve issues effectively and seek opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Asana project management experience preferred.
- Skilled editor and proofreader preferred.
Benefits:
The hourly range for this position is $21.00- $26.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package.
