GENERAL FUNCTION

The Facilities Service Technician maintains a clean environment for facility staff and guests.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Empties all trash cans from production and office areas. Removes trash from the facility and places it in the appropriate receptacle.
• Dusts all furniture and fixture surfaces and vacuums carpets. Uses floor scrubber to clean non-carpeted production areas.
• Cleans restrooms and break rooms with the appropriate cleaning products and to the acceptable standards.
• Restocks all supplies. Mops restroom and break room floors.
• Cleans windows and blinds.
• Maintains facility grounds, including removal of trash, yard waste and initiating necessary minor repairs.
• Assists in and supports maintaining the cleanliness of the production areas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED
• Verbal communication sufficient to contact other associates to accomplish job responsibilities
• Written communication sufficient to record basic information (filling out forms, taking messages)
• Reading ability sufficient to understand basic instructions (lists, notes, and labels)

Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.14

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm M-F

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
