The Assembler’s primary function is to Must be able to assemble a variety of parts to Duro Dyne specifications.
Job Duties:

1. Hand packaging of small kits and parts
2. Good hand coordination and dexterity
3. Must be able to operate assembly fixtures. A few examples follow:

• JDS/JD assembly machine
• Riveter
• Bracket Machines
• Small presses

1. Must be able to operate small hand tools.
2. Inspection of material as it is being fabricated
3. Notify the supervisor if the machine is not working properly
4. Notify the supervisor of quality problems with assembly
5. Notify the supervisor if plating is poor.
6. Required to record daily production and maintain production quotas.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

• Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed
• Basic math skills

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements – Essential

• Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs routinely
• Good hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to handle small hand tools.
• Prolonged period of time standing
• Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to bend, twist,
• Must be able to lean over worktables for periods of time.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)
