Operations Partner

We are seeking a high-level, execution-focused Operations Partner to support a rapidly growing emergency veterinarian education program. This program provides intensive, hands-on emergency training for clinicians across the US and Canada. As we enter a critical growth phase, we need someone who can step into a fast-paced environment, eliminate operational friction, and turn years of raw data into actionable insights. This is a behind-the-scenes powerhouse role. You will be the operational and logistical counterweight to a team of medical experts, ensuring that our weekly cohorts and learning modules run with clinical precision. Responsibilities

Data Synthesis Reporting: Clean, organize, and analyze years of historical survey
data and speaker feedback. You will be responsible for identifying trends that will directly
influence training adjustments.
● Systems Management: Act as the Monday.com power user for the team, generating
reports, managing boards, and building out analytical dashboards.
● LMS & Content Support: Assist in updating surgery modules within our Learning
Management System. While a dedicated developer handles heavy coding, you will
provide JavaScript support and L&D design assistance.
● Program Logistics: Streamline "graduation" workflows and enhance the experience for
both learners and Medical Directors.
● Execution: Support cost-reduction strategies (such as textbook procurement) and
ensure all weekly deliverables are met with zero oversight.
