Senior Designer, Juicy Couture

NYC Alliance Company LLC is excited to announce a position for a Senior Designer for the renowned Juicy Couture brand. As a Senior Designer, you will play a vital role in creating chic and trendy designs that embody the essence of the Juicy Couture lifestyle. Your creativity and passion for fashion will influence the direction of our collections, appealing to our dedicated customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the brand team to develop innovative and trend-driven designs that resonate with target audiences
• Create sketches, technical specifications, and detailed tech packs for production, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Research current trends and market analysis to inform design concepts and identify opportunities for the brand
• Participate in fittings and provide constructive feedback on fit, construction, and overall aesthetics
• Work with sourcing and production teams to select appropriate fabrics and trims while ensuring cost efficiency
• Maintain awareness of brand identity and support the brand's visual and marketing strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in design, preferably within women's or lifestyle fashion brands
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and innovative design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools
• Solid understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of emerging fashion trends
