Rate of Pay: $165,485.00 to $210,700.00 per Year

Duties: Establish and execute strategic direction for operations and maintain teams in alignment with client goals for their systems and processes; review and analyze project specifications, including mechanical plans; provide technical and engineering guidance through the design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases of projects; apply engineering knowledge and concepts to inspect buildings routinely to ensure that building systems and equipment services are at the highest level of quality standards; monitor and review preventive maintenance programs; ensure all client and JLL safety procedures are followed; develop training programs to increase teams technical capabilities by sharing technical and engineering guidance; coordinate the operational aspects of the properties in a manner which protects, maintains, and improves the value of the clients assets; utilize engineering data to develop trends and insights that will drive continuous improvement in the site performance; transform existing operational practices to leverage JLL tools, processes, relationships, best practices to ensure service delivery is high efficient and effective; and oversee portfolio of large-scale maintenance projects. oversee capital and operating budget development and management; oversee financial reporting for client Develop overall workflow to meet SLAs; ensure compliance across operations at the site(s). Integrate with engineering to ensure SLAs and monitor capacity with supply chain identify opportunities to deliver differentiated value through quality, innovation or cost improvements; work in conjunction with central supply chain programs and account specific programs to support client specific needs; lead the Experience Clean Supplier Partnership program, including meeting governance requirements and scorecard review. Implement site-level innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity; encourage team to be innovative in client service / problem solving; lead in participation of local JLL and Account innovation programs; and redeploy innovations learnt from other account teams. Demonstrate to Client JLL innovation effort. May telecommute.

Requirements:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a facilities-related occupation.
