Position Overview: As an Elite Server, you will be at the forefront of our events, responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests. From elegant banquets to private gatherings, your role is crucial in delivering high-quality service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Preparation: Help transform venues into exquisite spaces by setting up dining areas with gates, tables, linens, and décor to match each unique event.
• Service Excellence: Deliver top-notch service by accurately serving food and beverages while ensuring that guests feel welcomed and attended to.
• Table Maintenance: Keep dining areas immaculate and reset tables promptly for a smooth dining experience.
• Effective Communication: Work seamlessly with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
• Guest Engagement: Build positive relationships with guests, addressing their requests and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow safety and service guidelines to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
• Clean-Up: After the event, assist in the breakdown and clean-up, leaving venues ready for the next occasion.
• Team Collaboration: Teamwork is key, so you'll work alongside fellow servers and staff to create a seamless service dynamic.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we provide training for those who are passionate and eager to learn!
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• A strong customer service focus with a professional attitude.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and manage the demands of the role.
