Experience & Qualifications

• 1- 3 years in a professional kitchen
• Willingness to take direction and ask questions
• Understanding of safe food handling practices
• Interest in foundational techniques

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily mise en place and accurate station inventory
• Execute prep lists with attention to detail and efficiency
• Set up, run, and break down your station thoroughly
• Cook with organization, cleanliness, and regular tasting
• Communicate clearly during service and support the team
• Take pride in leaving the kitchen better than you found it
