bartender/server
-2 years NYC restaurant experience
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Weekend availability and lunch availability
-Food handlers certificate not required but a plus
-Wine knowledge/interest in wine
-Cleanly and self motivated
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs Key responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve cocktails, beer and wine
-Provide excellent customer service
-Juice daily prep pars and contributing to weekly batching
-Setting up and breaking down a bar while keeping a clean work station
-Flexibility in working the floor and taking tables
-Work in a team/run food and contribute wherever needed Candidates must be able to work with a real sense of urgency while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork.
