Qualifications:
- 2+ years of kitchen experience in a culinary driven or fine dining restaurant
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturday and Sunday PM shifts
- Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant
