Project Manager

Location: Bronx, NY (Onsite)

Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Five (5) 8-hour shifts

Pay Rate: $70 – $74 per hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Project Manager for an exciting job in Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned programs, initiatives, and workstreams across the full project lifecycle

• Support planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery activities

• Develop and maintain project tools, templates, trackers, dashboards, and reporting materials

• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies; proactively escalate issues

• Collect, analyze, and present project data, metrics, and status updates to stakeholders

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, partner agencies, and vendors

• Support training planning and delivery, including documentation and materials development

• Provide on-site support during project implementation and rollout

• Contribute to operational and policy strategies that enhance service delivery

• Assist with invoice review, budget tracking, and financial oversight

• Ensure compliance with project governance, reporting standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience supporting or leading change management initiatives

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability

• Proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders

• Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented work approach

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience

• Experience managing multiple vendors or external contractors preferred

• Public-sector or community-based experience strongly preferred, including:

  • Education or school systems

  • Child and family services

  • Nonprofit, community engagement, or social services

• Experience working with educators, administrators, case managers, parents, or children preferred

• Spanish or other language fluency is a plus

• NYC-area residency preferred
