Executive Creative Director - Women’s Accessories
Velvet Caviar is a leading phone accessories brand with over 1+ Million social media followers and millions of customers; established in New York since 2015. We are looking for a visionary Executive Creative Director to lead and elevate our brand’s creative strategy and visual identity. This role drives concept development and execution across 360 campaigns, content, product launches, digital experiences, packaging, and brand storytelling. You will inspire and manage a multidisciplinary creative team while partnering with cross functional leaders to turn business goals into culturally relevant, high impact creative work. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and evolve the brand’s creative vision across all channels (digital, social, email, retail, packaging, and more).
- Drive the creative development of campaigns, photoshoots, and content creation across channels (social, paid, DTC, trade, email, OOH)
- Establish and optimize creative processes, workflows, and production procedures to support scalability and efficiency.
- Lead ideation and execution of 360 campaigns for product launches and key brand moments.
- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing creative across design, photo, video, copy, and production teams.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, eCommerce, and Leadership to ensure cohesive, trend-forward storytelling.
- Provide and shape the creative direction across all assets and campaign creative while maintaining and elevating our brand standards.
- Oversee the department via creative resourcing, budget management, timelines, and creating scalable workflows.
- Partner with leadership to shape creative culture, define standards, and identify opportunities for team growth.
- Build and sustain a collaborative environment where creativity and accountability thrive side by side.
- 7+ years in a senior creative leadership role (fashion, lifestyle, beauty, accessories, or digital consumer brands preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign storytelling, design excellence, and brand evolution at scale
- A world-class storyteller with omnichannel brand fluency (DTC, retail, Amazon, CTV, social)
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Culture-obsessed, trend-intuitive, and highly innovative
- Strategic thinker with exceptional taste and trend intuition.
- Inspires stakeholders and drives creative decisions at an executive level.
- Balances big picture vision with hands-on leadership and operational excellence.
