Internet Sales Specialist

Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for an Internet Sales Specialist/BDC Representative who is self-motivated with positive spirits to join our team. With this position, you must be comfortable talking on the phone, on the Internet, and in person. We are currently looking for talented individuals to join us at our dealership in Bronx, NY . **THE BDC REPRESENTATIVE POSITION IS $640/WEEKLY SALARY+COMMISSION**

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound communication and effectively set up appointments with prospective customers
• Respond to internet leads provided through our account management system
• Effectively document interactions and customer information in our dealership database; conduct follow-ups as necessary
• Maintain a professional demeanor with our customers and strategize new ways to positively impact communication

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service, call center or sales environment is required
• Previous BDC experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Must be able to reliably commute to our call center location
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be enthusiastic and driven to succeed

Pay: From $640.00 per week
