Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Pay: $25-$28 per hour
We are pursuing an practiced and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Middletown, NY. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing their accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Account Manager Requirements:

»Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and PDF manipulation

» practice working on CRMs and/or ERPs software (SAP practice is a plus)

»Excellent written and oral communication expertise

»Confidence in creative problem solving

»Minimum of two years' practice in a Customer Service function.

Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

»Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

»Provide exceptional customer service to clients

»Manage and supervise accounts

»Work closely with the sales team to identify and address client needs

»Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

»Identify and resolve any issues that arise with clients

»Monitor account activity and ensure that all client requests are handled in a timely manner

»Prepare reports and presentations as required by clients or management.
