As the Commercial Credit Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for spreading financial statements, performing cash flow analyses, preparing credit memorandums for consideration of commercial loan approval, and completing reviews of existing commercial portfolio. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

»At least 5 years of similar or related practice, preferably in a bank or credit union

»College degree in a related field

» practice in commercial underwriting is required

» expertise of credit-related laws

» expertise of commercial real estate market and trends

What You’ll Do as the Commercial Credit Analyst (Responsibilities):

»Gather financial information from borrowers and internal and external sources

»Enter information, prepare spreadsheets, and analyze financial statements and tax returns

»Perform credit and cash flow analyses

»Generate credit memos with recommendations for loan approval/denial

»Complete credit searches to determine credit worthiness of member/prospect

»Perform periodic reviews and/or renewals of commercial relationships and verify risk ratings

»Investigate variances on applicant’s financial statements

»Compare liquidity, profitcapability, and credit histories of comparable establishments

»Provide assistance with maintenance of the loan origination system (LOS)

Pay:  $67,092 - $83,866 / year, located on practice
