Rokt US Corp. Customer Success Specialist (New York, NY): Optimize client marketing campaign performance using data analysis of key metrics (bid price, engagement, conversion, ROI). Enhance campaign performance on the Rokt platform and deliver strategic recommendations based on customer data and market trend analysis. Develop and execute growth strategies, client proposals, upsell proposals, performance reports and quarterly account reviews for existing accounts. Develop and implement data-driven procedures for identifying advertising needs, utilizing Rokt platform functionality to optimize campaigns and deliver on measurable KPIs across the portfolio. Support new business initiatives, including proposal creation and stakeholder collaboration. Cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Japan and the US to identify Rokt solutions to meet marketing goals for clients. Create and manage effective team relationships between all relevant stakeholders in Japan and the U.S. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience: 3 years as Client Representative - Sales Department, Account Coordinator or Sales Associate. Special Skills: 3 years experience with the following: understanding client needs and identifying relevant solutions/products based on the technical and product knowledge; generating growth opportunities for clients and managing overall sales performance; strategic account planning and building strong client relationships; Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint; BI Tools such as Tableau or IBM Cognos and CRM such as SalesForce or IBM SugarCRM. Foreign Language: The position requires business-level proficiency in written and spoken Japanese, including the ability to communicate industry-specific terminology related to digital marketing.
