The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in growing the Software Engineering desk. You’ll:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop new client partnerships using your expertise and network.
• Deliver bespoke, high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced and competitive market.
• Collaborate with a supportive and forward-thinking team.

• Experience: 4+ years of 360° tech recruitment, ideally within software engineering or related fields.
• Location: Based in NYC or open to relocating.
• Skills: Proven success in business development, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt in a growing environment.
