We’re seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join our Albany, New York team. In this role, you’ll contribute to projects that power the core operations of our clients, including cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing and advanced research facilities. This is a hybrid position.
As part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world-class solutions for new facilities. Your responsibilities will include developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, panel design, I/O assignments documenting and modeling design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Here's what you'll need
- At least 9 years of work experience designing Instrumentation and Control Systems
- Working knowledge of PLC, PAC, DDC, DCS systems
- Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Albany, NY
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer in Training (EIT)
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for buildings and construction

102,900.00

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.
The base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
