Chief of Staff

Beam is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the company to enable rapid scaling while maintaining focus and mission alignment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define company OKRs, identify highest-leverage priorities, and ensure the company stays on track to meet them
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to keep teams aligned, accountable, and communicating effectively
  • Support the CEO in decision-making, communication, and follow-through on key initiatives, including prepping for board meetings, investor updates, and executive communications
  • Own special projects that are critical to Beam’s growth but do not sit within one department
  • Help build and reinforce strong communication norms, operating cadences, and a mission-driven culture across the team

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally including a mix of startup, consulting, strategy, or operations work (bonus if you have worked closely with executive teams or in high-growth, mission-driven environments)
  • Demonstrate excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exhibit high emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Show a bias toward execution and a mission-driven mindset
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Total Compensation

Total cash compensation for this role is $170,000 - $180,000 OTE per year, plus stock options, performance-based bonus, and partial 401k match.

Additional benefits include:

  • Unlimited PTO, with a minimum of two weeks required per year
