The Warehouse Associate II role is a hands-on position focused on supporting warehouse operations, inventory handling, order processing, and equipment operation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and maintaining accuracy in fast-paced logistics environments. You will play a key part in ensuring materials are properly received, stored, and distributed while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and verify product details
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and shipments
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance at all times
• Support order processing and fulfillment activities as required
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Work in varying environmental conditions including noise and temperature changes
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Candidate Profile:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Prior forklift operation experience is strongly preferred
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
