German Speaking CS Agent For Booking.com - Work In Greece - Paid Relocation
Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an amazing opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent for Booking.com, inclusive of paid relocation to the beautiful landscapes of Greece. In this enriching role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel bookings and inquiries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Support clients with their booking processes, modifications, and cancellations.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to reservations and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on promotions, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written), with English proficiency considered a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complaints with empathy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to the Greek work environment and culture.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
