Garde Manger
Fine Dining Italian restaurant is looking for EXPERIENCE Garde Manger
Four to Five-day work week (30 hours a week), nights and weekends a must. Competitive salary to be discussed depending on experience. Responsibilities:- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Aroma Osteria has been a extremely busy restaurant for the past 20 years in our area. We have a lot of regular/repeat customers who return week after week, as well as many new customers. We strive to create a memorable experience for every customer from the moment they walk in the door until they leave. We our looking for servers to help continue growing the success of our restaurant with us. We do many private parties throughout the year as well, which gives our servers the opportunity to make extra income in addition to our busy a la carte business. We look forward to welcoming new servers to our team.
