Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Prepare and review financial statements on a regular schedule.
- Oversee inventory tracking and work with production teams to keep counts and costs accurate.
- Manage chargebacks, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve retailer‑related issues.
- Oversee all types of insurance policies, including renewals, coverage needs, and claim support.
- Supervise accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and follow‑up with customers.
- Help improve financial processes and keep internal controls strong.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Deputy CFO should have:
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred.
- Experience within a consumer goods environment, ideally with experience in fashion or apparel
- Strong financial and accounting skills, including familiarity with reconciliations, basic reporting, and day‑to‑day accounting tasks
- Experience with accounting or ERP software
- People management experience
- A hands-on leadership style

- $180,000-$260,000
