DESCRIPTION:

The Network System Administrator will be responsible to design, configure and maintain the operational status of IT Infrastructure, ensuring systems are designed and built per best practices and industry standards. Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security. Assist in system patch management and vulnerability remediation. Assist in design/architecture, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure. Review existing systems and advise on upgrade path when working with legacy systems. Resolve Support III helpdesk tickets, and support System Network Administrators and Network Engineers.

====6-8 years of system or network administration or related experience is required.

-Perform administrative duties to server infrastructure, patch management, server deployment, physical server configuration, and virtual server configuration.

-Perform administrative duties to network infrastructure, monitor network infrastructure for performance issues and remediate. Ensure switch codes are updated to organization standard.

-Perform administrative duties to virtual server infrastructure, patch management, server deployment, in a highly available clustered environment. Manage SAN volume capacities to ensure storage availability.

-Creation of documentation to support an understanding of multiple solutions deployed in our environment, and ensure documentation is updated as needed.

-Complete Support III helpdesk tickets and assist team with group projects.

-Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities at the same time and keep management and team members updated on progress and project status.

-Perform other duties as assigned.
