New Administrator MentorGeneral Job Responsibilities:
»The mentor will meet regularly with the new administrator to discuss cyclical responsibilities, review effective strategies for leading your staff, provide coaching support, and develop their instructional leadership abilities. The intent is to offer the new administrator the confidence to be vulnerable to lgain and ask questions in an effort to grow professionally in their practice.
»Four (4) full year mentors needed
»Stipend of $1,850
