Job location: Poughkeepsie, NY (in office position)
Pay: $22-$24 per hour
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm; Monday to Friday
We are pursuing a Human Resources adjunct to provide administrative support to our HR department. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field and practice in employee relations and/or training development. this function requires a high level of technical expertise, including the capability to work within various databases. The prosperous candidate should also have strong attention to detail, as they will be responsible for filing, data entry, and assisting in the development of procedures.

Human Resources adjunct General Requirements:

»Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field preferred

» practice in employee relations and/or training development preferred

»Strong technical expertise and proficiency with various databases

»Strong attention to detail

»Excellent organizational and communication expertise

» capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information



Human Resources adjunct Responsibilities:

»Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations

»Maintain and update employee records within various databases

»Support the development and implementation of employee training programs

»Assist in the development and documentation of HR procedures

»Support HR-related projects as assigned
