What You'll Do:

As a WSA Barista, you'll be the heartbeat of our café operation:

• Craft Excellence: Prepare specialty coffee and matcha/tea beverages
• Create Connections: Provide warm, professional service to our diverse community of fashion designers, artists, tech innovators, and cultural leaders
• Maintain Standards: Ensure every cup meets our quality standards while keeping your workspace pristine
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside like-minded professionals who share your passion for hospitality

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

⚡ MINIMUM 2 YEARS of barista experience working on manual espresso machines, in a fast-paced environment (this is firm - please only apply if you meet this requirement)

⚡ NYC Food Safety Certification required (must be current and valid)
