Product Manager (Performance)
Teamworks is investing in its Performance Platform to help sports organizations optimize athlete health, readiness, and results. We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for products across our Performance category.
This is a high-impact role focused on translating strategy into shipped capabilities that drive customer outcomes, revenue growth, and platform value. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that stand on their own while strengthening the broader Performance platform. Success means shipping high-quality features on committed timelines, driving adoption, enabling cross-product workflows, and growing as a product leader who elevates the teams around you. This position will report to our VP, Product. What You'll Do- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Performance products, from strategy and discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration
- Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with Performance category strategy, team OKRs, and business objectives
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate product requirements into actionable work and ship high-quality features on committed timelines
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Platform teams without formal authority
- Identify and prioritize features that unlock platform-level value through cross-product integrations and shared workflows
- Maintain deep customer and market understanding through ongoing discovery with strength coaches, dietitians, athletic trainers, and sport scientists
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously optimize product outcomes
- 3+ years of proven experience owning the full product lifecycle for complex software products
- Strong product execution skills, with a track record of shipping high-quality features on committed timelines
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes to diverse audiences
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and measuring product impact
- Experience building products in sports performance, health, or related domains
- Working knowledge of strength & conditioning, sports nutrition, athletic training, or sports science workflows
- Technical fluency to engage credibly with Engineering on architecture, APIs, data models, and trade-offs
- Experience building or integrating platform products with shared services and APIs
- Familiarity with enterprise or B2B SaaS products serving complex, multi-role customer environments
