Snapshot: $90K–$100K base · $130K–$150K OTE (uncapped) + equity · New York City (SoHo) · Hybrid (3 days) · No visa sponsorship · 1–4 yrs full-cycle B2B sales
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is an early-stage healthtech company (~20 people, founded 2024, $21M raised) strengthening student and family mental health by connecting schools, families, and therapists. This is a mission-driven, full-cycle sales seat expanding their New York presence by building relationships with school counselors and administrators.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run the full sales cycle: cold-call schools (~50% meeting conversion), run demos, and close partnerships (often in 1–2 calls). Manage ~150 schools across your territory, nurturing relationships with counselors, principals, and district administrators. Spend mornings on school-facing activity and afternoons on CRM, planning, and follow-ups. Meet counselors in person when possible (up to ~25% travel as markets expand). Feed field insights to product, marketing, and leadership.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 90 days: ramp on the mission and buyer, and build a school pipeline. First year: consistently close school partnerships and help refine the GTM.
MUST-HAVES
1–4 years full-cycle B2B sales, ideally at a startup; a mission-driven relationship builder comfortable with ambiguity; strong phone and in-person selling.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Edtech, healthtech, or public-sector/school sales experience; early-stage GTM background.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$90K–$100K base (USD), $130K–$150K OTE with uncapped commission and accelerators, competitive equity.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
Hybrid in New York City (SoHo), 3 days in office; up to ~25% travel.
