Position Overview:

The Purchase Order Coordinator supports the Raw Materials supply chain function of PO ordering, tracking, receipt/ organization & invoice reconciliation trims, fabric and raw materials.

What You Will Do:

• Manage ordering, tracking, and receipt/invoice of raw materials to support effective decision making and finalization of the line.
• Partner with Cross functional team on workflow management, to ensure timely updates and finalization of raw materials.
• Identify and spearhead process improvements to drive efficiency and simplification of raw materials.
• Proto /sample and bulk ordering, tracking and invoice reconciliation
• Create Coupa PO’s
• Allocate yardage /trims & communicate to mill address and courier #
• Receive PO in Coupa for invoice reconciliation
• Communicate availability of yardage/trim to Rome team
• Managing bulk approvals through excel from Rome Team
• Collaborate with Rome and NY team next steps on shortages defects, replenishment and debit notes
• Order PPS yardage direct to supplier
• Order VIP/Red Carpet Yardage/Trim
• Trim only- create offline excel PO and receive invoice from vendor to create Coup PO

What You Will Bring:

Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• PLM Systems experience
• Invoice and data entry

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• High computer literacy
• Detail-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to multiple tasks
• Good follow-up skills
• Be able to work well under pressure

Pay Range:$35.00 - $40.00

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
