About the Role:

We're seeking experienced trade professionals to join our 24/7 facility maintenance and repair team. Our technicians travel throughout the tristate area in company trucks, providing professional services across multiple client locations daily.

Technical Skills Desired (expertise in one or more):

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Masonry
• Flooring
• General Handyman Services

Essential Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor-vehicle driving record (no major moving violations in the past 3 years) as required for company insurance.
• Experience operating commercial vans
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the office
• Proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• High level of organization and self-motivation
• Team-oriented mindset
• Physical ability to perform trade work

Schedule and Availability:

This position demands flexibility and commitment to customer service:

• Variable start and end times
• On-call rotation for emergency services
• Occasional weekend work
• Extended hours during high-demand periods
• Not a standard 9-5 position
