Our client in Poughkeepsie is seeking a Laborer. You will help restore homes and businesses that have been affected by fire, water or mold damage. This is an entry level position designed to quickly train and gain practice to become a Restoration Technician. It is designed to go at the pace of the individual but can be accomplished in as little as 90 days.Laborer Qualifications required
» practice working with a moving or construction company is preferred
»Must be able to list up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
»Strong communication expertise
»Self-motivated, responsible, positive, accountable
» availability to lgain and to be trained in the industry
»Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities of the Laborer:
»Clean-up after fire, smoke, and water damage including water extraction
»Able to clean damaged properties, sanitize belongings and handle water damage issues
»Light demolition
»Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
»Packing up boxes
This is a full time, temp-to-hire position paying $17-$18 per hour.
