Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on financial services regulatory matters.
  • Assist clients in navigating compliance issues and regulatory frameworks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support client cases and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory challenges.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and advise clients accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Support senior attorneys in high-profile cases and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • 5-7 years of broker‑dealer regulatory experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and prior major law firm experience.
  • JD (or equivalent) and admission to a U.S. bar, or ability to become admitted.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Ideal class years: 2017-2019.
