Senior Product Manager

NextTA has been engaged to identify a candidate for the Senior Product Manager - Mobility/IoT

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Mobility/IoT to join their Operations Team . This individual will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing mobility and IoT products while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
• Prioritize initiatives based on market research, customer feedback , and business objectives .
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, support, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Develop collateral, establish messaging, and provide resources for effective product positioning.
• Oversee software development requirements related to assigned products.
• Define and document detailed product specifications and requirements .
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
• Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs to ensure strong performance and customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience taking products from ideation to launch .
• Strong ability to present, write technical documentation, and collaborate with internal teams.
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and computer science principles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Mobility and/or IoT .
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment .
• Self-motivated , results-driven approach.
• Strong leadership skills , inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric mindset , passionate about identifying and solving customer needs.
• Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented , with a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Proficiency in product management tools/software preferred.
