Senior Project Manager – Exterior Restoration & Roofing

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from contract award through closeout while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage exterior restoration, roofing, waterproofing, and façade projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, property managers, architects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Conduct project meetings and site visits

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience with exterior restoration, roofing, façade, masonry, waterproofing.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, schedules, and project financials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• NYC construction experience strongly preferred.
