Social Media Content Creator

Are you creative, enthusiastic and looking to start your career in content creation and marketing? We are seeking a motivated and imaginative Social Media & Content Creator to join our Group Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content and wants to develop practical skills across, social media, video, digital, copywriting and brand communications while gaining valuable in-depth experience. This role will play an important part in helping brands create engaging, social-first content by supporting content capture across developments, events, customer stories and brand campaigns throughout the world. We will be providing structured learning alongside hands-on experience supporting, content creation, social media activity, brand storytelling and marketing campaigns. Working closely with experienced marketing professionals, you will receive training, mentoring and support to develop your skills and confidence. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to progress into a permanent marketing role within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create engaging social-first content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube shorts designed to increase reach, engagement and followers.
* Support the planning and delivery of Assist with content shoots across developments throughout the world and supporting with content copy that reflects the brands we work with and their tone of voice.
* Support the creation of visual content including photography, graphics and short-form video.
* Help develop content that promotes developments, customer stories, events and company initiatives.
* Ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Support content reviews and updates to maintain relevance and consistency.
* Attend developments, events, fundraising activities, customer journey moments to capture photo and video content.
* Become a key support for content capture across the business, helping build a library of social-first photo and video content.
* Film and edit short-form video content for social media channels.
* Edit engaging short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva and native social media editing features.
* Support the creation of behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content.
* Assist with content shoots across the world.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
* Qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications, English, Digital Media or a related subject.
